June 22 Throwing Class (Sundays)

Service Description

This class meets on the following dates: June 22 • June 29 • July 6 • July 13 • July 20 • July 27 Six 2-hour sessions on the wheel, with a small group (max of 6 students) so you get plenty of one-on-one help. This class is open to all experience levels—whether you're brand new, returning after a break, or just want to grow your skills, our instructor meets you where you’re at. We want you to succeed, so we include everything you need—at no extra cost: ✔️ Clay (even if you go through a lot at first—totally normal!) ✔️ All tools and equipment ✔️ Glazes and all firings ✔️ Up to 5 extra hours of open studio time for trimming, glazing, or extra practice NEW FOR SUMMER: We get that summers can be busy—so we’re including one bonus Independent Studio Time session if you have to miss a class. That way, you can still come in and catch up or just enjoy extra time at the wheel. No hidden fees. No surprise charges. Just show up and make pottery. To give you a sense of value—other studios often charge separately for: - Clay ($25–40 per bag) - Tool kits ($15–20) - Some studios limit how much you can make—we don’t. Practice freely and keep what you create. Over 17 hours of studio time comes out to less than $18/hour, which is a great deal for the hands-on help and access you’re getting. Want to split it up? For those paying by cash or Venmo, we offer two payments of $150—just let us know when you sign up! What to Bring: - Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting messy - An apron or towel - Long hair tied back + short nails help a lot on the wheel! This class is for ages 12+. For younger students, check out our Maker’s Events, Storytime Sculptures, or summer throwing camps. Refund Policy: We don't offer refunds, but you're welcome to find someone to take your spot if something comes up.
