Service Description
A handmade spoon rest makes the perfect gift — simple, useful, and one-of-a-kind. In this 90-minute class, you’ll shape and design your own ceramic spoon rest using slab-building techniques. We’ll guide you through the process and offer feedback as you work, but the creative choices are all yours. Add texture, carve a design, or keep it clean and modern — there’s no wrong direction to take it. You’ll finish by choosing a glaze color, and we’ll take care of the glazing and firing so it’s ready for gifting (or for brightening up your own kitchen) just in time for the holidays.

We’re excited to have you in class! Please take a moment to review our booking policy to ensure a smooth experience for you and our instructors. Cancellations & Refunds All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds or reschedules for missed classes. Please treat your booking like a concert or event ticket. If you can’t make it, feel free to gift your spot to a friend. Just let us know their name ahead of time. Class Attendance Our classes start on time. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled and ready to work with clay. Missed classes cannot be made up, credited, or refunded. Minimum Enrollment We may cancel or reschedule a class if the minimum number of students isn’t met. In that case, you’ll be notified and issued a full refund or credit.
