Christopher has been in clay since 2003.  He received his BFA in Ceramics at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi in 2006 and his MFA in Ceramics at the University of North Texas in 2011.  In 2012 he began teaching at Little Elm High School and currently teaches Art and Sculpture classes.  In 2015, he and his family moved to Whitesboro, Texas and began building a home and studio. In the summer of 2022 Chris opened his home studio to the public and began teaching classes, workshops, and private lessons. He loves teaching workshops at universities and art centers, as well as showing at several local art sales and venues.
