Course Description

Create your own little Christmas gnomes in this 90-minute handbuilding class! We'll show you how to shape and assemble your gnomes from clay, with plenty of room to give each one its own personality. Each participant can make up to four gnomes to decorate for the holidays or give as handmade gifts. These little gnomes are adorable displayed on a shelf or mantel, and you can easily add a string to turn them into Christmas ornaments! At the end of class, you'll decide if you'd like your pieces glazed in a single color of if you'd like to paint them with acrylics. If you choose to paint, we'll include some paints with your pieces at pickup so you can paint at home. All clay, tools, and supplies are provided. No pottery experience is needed—just come ready to get your hands in some clay! All Christmas work will be fired and ready for pickup by December 19 (our Holiday Community Day and Christmas Party - the perfect time to come pick up!)
