Hand Building Private Group Class

Celebrating a birthday? Special girls night out? Double date night? Get the crew together and come rent out the studio for your own private class session! You pick the project for the class and we reserve the studio just for your group! There's no minimum number for the class; however, the deposit is $300 and includes up to 5 participants. Additional participants can be added for $60/person up to 10 people total. Class Options (pick one for your group): - CUPS! CUPS! CUPS! - Our most popular single session class. Having your own handmade cup, made by you, is priceless! This class will focus mostly on hand building techniques (coil, pinch, slab building). - BOWLS - Make your own small bowl perfect for soup, salsa, ice cream, etc. Our instructor will walk you through making your bowl using hand building techniques and you'll have the opportunity to decorate it. - SERVING TRAY - Make and embellish a serving tray unique to your personal taste. The body of the tray will be made ahead of time for you. During the class, you 'll learn to add feet, rims, clay flowers and other decorative items. You'll also have the opportunity to decorate with slip trailing and carving to create a unique design. - PLANTERS - Using a slab, make and decorate a 12" planter. You'll learn how to slip and score to attach clay together.
