Makers Event: Vases OR Cups!

Service Description

Update: Our January cups class had to be postponed due to weather, so we are combining it with this Vases class. Participants will get to choose if they want to make a cup or a vase :) In this 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll create your very own handbuilt vase. We’ll begin with a demo of a simple vase form to get you started, then you’ll have the freedom to make the project your own. Our studio isn’t about cookie-cutter projects—our goal is to provide clear instruction and guidance while helping you create something unique to your style. No two vases will look alike, and that’s exactly how we like it! At the end of your class, you'll choose a single glaze color and we'll take care of the glazing and firing of your work. In total, it will go through two firings in the kiln before it's ready to take home. Turnaround time ranges from 3-4 weeks. We provide all clay, materials, and firing, as well as full access to studio tools and equipment. Just bring your creativity—we’ll take care of the rest. Perfect for: beginners, date nights, or a fun, creative night out with friends.
