Bring the MeliaPottery experience to you. Overview: Host a private pottery event in the comfort of your own home, workplace, or venue of choice. We bring the materials, tools, and instruction. You provide the space and the group. Perfect for family gatherings, birthdays, team building, church groups, or special celebrations. What We Offer: Choose from any of our regular class formats, adapted for off-site events: - Wheel Throwing Demonstrations with Hands-On Participation - Handbuilding Projects - Team Building Clay Sessions - Kids’ Pottery Parties - Custom Project Themes (by request) What’s Included: - All clay, tools, materials needed for the projects - Step-by-step instruction from an experienced teacher - Setup and cleanup of the clay work area - Glazing and firing of all finished pieces at our studio - Pickup coordination once work is fired What You Provide: - A suitable workspace (tables, chairs, and access to water recommended) - Adequate lighting and room for participants - Protection for surfaces if desired (we can advise on setup) Duration: Most private events are 1.5–2.5 hours, depending on the chosen project. Group Size Dependent on the type of class and project(s) chosen. Pricing Pricing varies based on location, group size, and project. A travel fee applies. Contact us for a personalized quote before booking. Good to Know - Finished pieces will be fired at MeliaPottery and ready for pickup in approximately 3–4 weeks. - Early notice is best! We are more able to accommodate your schedule when you book at least 2 weeks in advance. - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date.
