Service Description

Let your child’s imagination run wild with Storytime Sculptures at MeliaPottery. This is perfect for children aged 5-10 who love to explore their artistic side. During the class, we’ll read a story and then create a sculpture based on the characters or themes from the book. Your child will have a blast crafting their own unique masterpiece, and they’ll be able to pick it up in just two weeks. Let’s create something special together! Upcoming Dates and Themes: 9/23 - AUTUMN LEAVES - (10:00 AM - 11:30 AM) We're diving into the beauty of autumn as we read a fall-themed book and explore the textures and colors of leaves. Next, we'll press a leaf into clay to make a small dish from it, perfect for holding your favorite autumn treats. Fall into the season with us! 10/7 - MONSTER MASH! (12:30 PM - 2:00 PM) **NOTE TIME DIFFERENCE :) We'll read a fun (but not scary!) monster-themed book to get inspired, then move on to making a pinch pot monster. Whether you love all things Halloween or just want a fun monster creation, we've got you covered! Book your spot now and join the Monster Mash :) 11/4 - THANKSGIVING PUMPKINS (12:30 PM - 2:00 PM)**NOTE TIME DIFFERENCE :) Bring your kids and let them unleash their creativity by sculpting their very own handmade pumpkin! You'll have them back in time to use as Thanksgiving decor or just as a reminder of things to be thankful for. Our book of choice will be about thankfulness (and pumpkins)! 12/2 - SNOWFLAKE ORNAMENTS (10:00 AM - 11:30 AM) Add some unique flair to your holiday decorating this year. Kids will decorate snowflake ornaments (up to 2) as if they were delicious Christmas cookies using liquid clay (slip) for the "icing". Register now and make this a part of your holiday traditions!
