Service Description
Looking for a Valentine’s experience that’s a little different? Our Valentine’s Day Come & Try It! class is a relaxed, hands-on pottery experience designed just for couples. You’ll work side by side, get your hands in clay, and enjoy a creative evening together—no experience required. We’ll guide you through a beginner-friendly pottery project, keeping things light, approachable, and fun. Along the way, enjoy small bites and drinks as you create, laugh, and try something new together. Whether this is your first time working with clay or you’re just curious to give it a try, this class is about sharing the experience—not perfection. Each session is intentionally small, with only three couples per class, so you’ll get plenty of guidance and a laid-back atmosphere. Details: - $150 per couple (one registration for both individuals - it will say one participant, that's okay, we know you're registering for 2 :) On the checkout form, just list both names) - Limited to 3 couples per class - All materials included - Small bites & drinks provided Come make something together—and enjoy a Valentine’s night that’s creative, memorable, and just a little unexpected. After the class is over, our instructors will glaze your work (you'll choose the glaze you want during the class) and fire it twice. It will be ready for pickup 3-4 weeks after your class. You'll be notified by text and email when it's ready.

Thank you for choosing MeliaPottery! To help us maintain a smooth and enriching experience for all students, please review the following booking policy before registering for a class. Cancellations & Refunds All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable to a different date. Please double-check your availability before booking. If you are unable to attend, you're welcome to gift your spot to a friend. Just let us know their name in advance so we can welcome them properly. 6-Week Throwing Classes These courses are progressive, and each week builds on the last. While we understand that life happens, makeup classes are not guaranteed due to limited class sizes and scheduling. We’ll do our best to help you catch up if you miss a session, but we cannot offer credits, refunds, or rescheduling for missed classes. One-Time Classes One-time class bookings also follow a no refund, no reschedule policy. Please treat your booking like a concert or event ticket. Studio Expectations Please arrive on time. Instruction starts promptly, and late arrivals may miss essential information. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy, and bring a towel if you'd like. MeliaPottery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class if minimum enrollment is not met. In this case, we’ll notify you in advance and issue a full refund or credit. Minimum Age & Safety Our throwing classes are for ages 12 and up unless specified otherwise. Clay can be slippery—please follow safety instructions during class to prevent injury.
